Shipping policy
All items are shipped USPS first class with tracking, a gift box, deluxe packing materials, some items may require a special sized box, padded mailer, etc.,
★USPS Priority Shipping + Tracking and Insurance Within USA:
This automatically includes a tracking number, so you can monitor the item's transit information and progress. Insurance is also included with this option, that covers up to $50.00.
★This also alerts me to the fact that your item is now a RUSH order and I will handle it in the swiftest manner possible! This also places your order at the head of line so that it will be processed ahead of orders already placed. This feature is for USA customers only.
★Once your package is mailed, your tracking number will be provided. You may check your tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. If you have concerns about your delivery, please call your local post office and give them your tracking number or you may call USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777.
★I usually get most items out within 1-3 business days of order placement. The exception is custom made orders that I have to order parts for that I don't normally keep in stock or if I have a unusually heavy backlog of custom orders.
PLEASE NOTE: About 99% of the items in my shop are all handmade 'by me'. That means I have to construct each item, most take several hours, some items take a couple of days. I get several orders all at the same time. I always indicate an approximate delivery time on each individual item's page. If an item is going to take a bit longer, I will message you to inform you of any delays. This is very rare, but occasionally does happen.
★If you order an item at midnight or after CST, please check the time and date when you actually made the purchase, e.g., Monday 1:00 a.m. CST the item was ordered, the item is then mailed out Monday (same day), 3:30 p.m. CST. That means the item was shipped out the same day that it was ordered, it wasn't shipped out on day '2'. When calculating how long an item took to arrive, please take this into consideration.
★Please consider that you are buying a handmade item from an artisan, these are not mass produced items. While my competitors take 5-7 days to get an item made and shipped out to you, my shipping schedule is 1-3 days to get a completely hand turned/handmade rosary item made, inspected, packaged and shipped out. I really appreciate your patience in this matter.
